Confirmation of booking / General conditions                               

WSP needs to be informed of any cancellation of a guided tour that has officially been confirmed, within a period of at least 48 hours prior to the agreed beginning of the tour. In case of any cancellation after this deadline, compensation will be charged as follows:

The WSP city guide is obliged to wait for up to 15 minutes starting with the agreed beginning of the guided tour. If WSP or the city guide do not receive any notice by the guest/group within this waiting period, 100 per cent of the total fee agreed upon will be charged in compensation.

If the guest is able to furnish proof that WSP was spared expenses or has had benefits of any kind by allocating an additional task to the city guide, the total amount of compensation will be reduced by the respective sum.

If, however, the guest has advised the WSP city guide in good time, and mutual agreement has been reached as to a longer waiting period, the amount of
EURO 25,- will be charged for every half hour of wait.

The contractual liability of WSP for damages – not being physical damages – is limited to triple the amount of the travel price, if the damage has not been caused with intent or by gross negligence or if the tour operator is solely liable for damages to the traveller through the fault of a service provider.

The tourist information and the city guide hired accept no responsibility for injuries to persons/physical damages.

In case of dispute, the German version of the present confirmation is binding.
